Just as author Jules Verne created avant-garde sci-fi stories that bred a new genre of fiction, the Steampunk Bay® Series (view video here) from California Faucets tells an inventive new story in the bath. New to Hardware Resources' lineup of Jeffrey Alexander vanities is the Savino family. They have rejuvenated one of their most popular styles with upgrades that are now the standard. Nostalgic Warehouse and Grandeur Hardware recently introduced Catherine Charon (pronounced like "chair on" the deck) as their new Business Development Account Manager. Catherine received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Communication, with a minor in English, from Radford University in Virginia, her home state, but quickly discovered a passion for sales. Her 12 years of professional background encompasses account management, advertising sales, interior design sales and project management, and trade show/event planning. She has been the project manager for many design projects in the Virginia area, most notably working with the Governor’s staff to update a portion of the Executive Mansion. On a personal note, Catherine has lived in Colorado for the past 2 years, and in her free time enjoys running, hiking and French cooking.

Barclay Products now has a new family of acrylic tubs - all four designs are accented by a riveted base and riveted bands vertically running down the side of the tub. They also feature integral drains that include drain and overflow covers in your choice of 6 different finishes. Hydro Systems recently announced that they have hired Rene’ DeRose to be their new Territory Manager responsible for the Northeast and Upper Mid-West United States. Rene’ brings a wealth of experience and leadership value to the Hydro Systems family, having worked in the designer plumbing and hardware industry for over 23 years. Rene’ began her career in 1996 by joining her family business, Curvet USA, a distributor of European bath products. From there Rene’ switched to be the Regional Manager for Ronbow and within a few short months, found herself promoted to the position of VP of Sales. Most recently, Rene’ was with Linkasink, a distributor of luxury sinks and vanities, as their National Sales Manager. Rene’ is driven and hard-working, and will certainly help Hydro Systems grow its brand and sales, not only within her territory but the entire country.

Grim most recently served as Director of Sales for the Forte Group. Before that, she held sales positions and earned increasing responsibility with Fluidmaster and InSinkErator.
