Adam Bryson Appointed CFO of LIXIL Americas
Adam Bryson has been appointed the chief financial officer of LIXIL Americas,
operating American Standard, DXV and GROHE brands. Bryson will be
responsible for the organization's financial and strategic planning,
business and tax issues, annual budget, treasury and financial
operations, compliance, and governance. He will become a member of the
region's executive team and report to LIXIL Americas' Chief Executive
Officer and President Steven Delarge. Bryson previously served as the
chief financial officer for GROHE in Dusseldorf, Germany, overseeing the
finance, IT, corporate development, and pricing functions. He served on
the GROHE AG Board of Management with global statutory
responsibilities, as well as directed joint ventures in the Middle East
and Africa. He honed his experience in finance, accounting, treasury,
and tax through roles of increasing responsibility at GROHE. Before
joining LIXIL, Bryson served at Diageo as global business support
partner and regional business performance manager, Africa, successfully
implementing financial performance and accountancy improvements in those
roles. Earlier in his career, he held various financial positions at
Seagram and Nestle. Bryson holds an LLB in public law from the
University of Glasgow.
