AD Waters Now Exclusive N.A. Distributor for Simas

AD Waters  has exclusive rights to distribute Italian-based Simas company products in North America. . The collections being offered by AD Waters are:

• Vignoni Collection (pictured) - the contemporary collection features a softness through its oval, egg-shaped lines. Designed to achieve a light and thin profile, the collection includes furniture, sinks, bidet and rimless toilet offerings. The furniture collection features a thick countertop, with a light oak finish; the piece gently floats against the wall. Completing the Vignoni collection is a modular drawer in a matte white or anthracite finish as well as two rectangular vanity mirrors.

• Flow Collection - this minimalistic and dynamic collection includes a wall-mounted bidet and rimless toilet offering. In addition to toilets, the Flow Collection includes wall-mounted sink basins, available with built-in shelves and offered in square, rectangular, oval and circular forms - perfect for small spaces.  All items in the Flow Collection are offered in four different colors and finishes: glossy white, glossy black, matte white, and matte anthracite.

• Sharp Collection - 
  • Washbasin - featured in four forms - circle, square, oval, rectangle - the Collection features nine models in total; each form can be designed with or without an integrated faucet hole. Offered in 10 colors ranging from subtle and relaxed hues, such as White, to rich and deep tones like chocolate, anthracite and myrtle. glossy finishes in white and black are available and matte finishes are available for all color ways. 
  • Vanity - the vanity is a compact and elevated piece. Featuring an integrated sidebar that serves as a towel rack, the cabinet opens deliberately lower than the drawer to allow for additional storage space. This design can be used in 'Jack and Jill' version and features a metal anthracite matte finish. Cabinetry may be finished in dark oak or a combination of grey ashwood and matte white. The collection is completed by a rectangular backlit and a round mirror matched to a round magnetic lamp.

Victoria + Albert Introduces a New Gloss White Finish Option

Victoria + Albert introduced a new gloss white finish option for a selection of bathroom vanities that sets an elegant tone and offers exceptional versatility. Customers may choose from three distinctive vanities that offer the gloss white finish, including the Bosa 112 Glass, a traditional glass-topped vanity with a full-width single drawer and the stylish Lavello 114 and Mandello 114 models. Both were created by award-winning product designers Meneghello Paolelli Associati and are available in glass-topped or wall-mounted styles. The new gloss white finish is a special catalyzed spray paint that is applied in multiple coats for a long-lasting finish. Hansgrohe Launches New Products at 2017 Dwell on Design Show

At this year's Dwell on Design, June 23-25, Hansgrohe launched its newest shower fittings - all stylish, supremely engineered and equipped with water-saving technology. Among the introductions were the new faucet and shower components from the chic AXOR Montreux collection and a suite of showerheads and showerpipes from the Hansgrohe brand. The dynamic AXOR FINISHPLUS program, which offers bespoke AXOR fittings in highly durable finishes was also on view. 

• AXOR Montreux (Created by Phoenix Design for the AXOR brand) - AXOR Montreux merges traditional elegance with superior German engineering and modern details. The Belle Époque inspired designs in the line include the AXOR Montreux 210 Single Hole Faucet (pictured), and the AXOR Montreux Widespread Faucet, which is available with either lever or cross handles. These are complemented by AXOR Montreux shower fittings, including the AXOR Montreux 1-jet handshower, AXOR Montreux Thermostatic Trim and AXOR Montreux wallbar.

Nantucket Sinks' New Tri-Fold Brochures

Nantucket Sinks announced the availability of new tri-fold brochures showing off the complete line of its sinks. They offer 36 models of fireclay, 55 models of 16 Ga. stainless, 35 granite composites and 33 models of vitreous china lavatories. Nantucket Sinks' newest series is the "Vineyard Collection". It is made from genuine Italian fireclay and shows off the uniqueness of Italian artisans with hand finished designs. One series is the "Pietra Sarda" - it has a speckled stone look that is flecked with natural muted hues reminiscent of a rocky shore.  he other is the "Shabby" - with the look of painted barn-board, weathered by the elements that has lost its coat in all the right places. The "Shabby" comes in three base colors and both series come in three sizes. The Cape Collection also shows the addition of many new items including two undermount bowls.

Franke Promotes Two Senior Level Executives

Franke is reshaping its Kitchen Systems leadership team by promoting two experienced senior level executives:

• Oliver Bahr was named  President, Franke Kitchen Systems North America (pictured on the left).  Bahr will drive strategic priorities, infusing within his team the company's vision of tomorrow's kitchen as the heart of the home, with the sink, faucet, innovative accessories, food waste disposers and water filtration systems at its center. Bahr joined Franke Kitchen Systems in 2013 as head of Sales & Marketing for the U.S. retail channel, and later assumed the role of VP Sales. Bahr has 15 years of strategic sales, marketing, and management experience at companies such as Bosch Power Tools and Black & Decker. He received his bachelor's degree in marketing and psychology from Johnson & Wales University. He enjoys playing ice hockey and golf and spending time with his wife and two children. He and his family currently reside in Nashville, Tenn.

• Daniel Schwab was named VP Sales, Franke Kitchen Systems & KWC North America (pictured on the right). Schwab will continue to develop awareness of Franke and KWC and maintain focus on the strategic development and growth of the sales channel for both Franke and KWC, while underscoring the importance of the highest quality products and their benefits to the customer.  Schwab has 10 years' experience in strategic management and project execution. Most recently, he worked for Franke in Switzerland and was closely involved in sales excellence initiatives for the group. Since joining Franke as Chief of Staff & Corporate Project Leader in 2015, Schwab has led numerous M&A projects and has been a key driver of Franke's group-wide initiatives: the Sales Excellence and Innovation Push. Prior to joining Franke, Schwab was business development manager for the Sulzer Group and a project leader for The Boston Consulting Group. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland with a degree in strategic management and marketing. Schwab enjoys cooking, is a passionate snowboarder and likes spending time with his children. Schwab and his family are new residents of Nashville, Tenn.

The First-Ever BLANCO by Design Contest

California Faucets' Latest Video Unveiling Their New 1-Hole Faucets

Alno Inc Has a New YouTube Channel

Stone Forest's Calma Tub Receives Metropolis Likes Award

Stone Forest® received this year's Metropolis Likes award for their new Calma tub. The new Domino44 Collection from Artelinea USA steals the show with its simplicity which encompasses elegance, functionality, experience, safety and versatility. The round white glass is defused by horizontal strips of colour. Victoria + Albert's New Unlacquered Brass Finish

Brass fixtures are among the hottest trends in bathroom design with today's styles showcasing a warmer and more sophisticated vibe than the bold brass of decades past. Victoria + Albert's beautiful new unlacquered brass finish is now available for all Florin and Staffordshire faucets.  Known as a "living finish," unlacquered brass ages naturally over time, developing a unique patina over the lifespan of the fixture. The New Solutions Vanity Collection by Ronbow

As the name suggests, the Solutions vanity collection from the Aravo by Ronbow series provides the ultimate solution for any bathroom need. The simple and clean vanity creates ample storage while allowing for true customization for any bathroom with the ability to change the legs, knobs and storage configuration to reflect individual style. With more than 300 different combinations, the Solutions collection comes in three different leg styles: round, square and toe kick. The knobs come in three styles: rectangular, round and handle-style knobs with polished chrome, brushed nickel or brushed brass finishes. California Faucets' New Tamalpais Bath Series

Utilitarian design. Exposed pipe. Distressed finishes. These are the adjectives that describe "industrial design," the inspiration behind California Faucets new Tamalpais bath series, which brings a hip, yet distinctively upscale look to modern bath environments. The widespread faucet featuring a clean-lined, 7-inch height, L-shaped and cylindrical spout and ADA compliant handles is the centerpiece of the series. As added bonuses, the bath faucet is offered with a 1.2 gallons per minute, water-saving aerator, quarter-turn ceramic disc valves that promise long-lasting, maintenance-free use, plus flexible braided hoses that simplify installation. Dornbracht Introduces Their Vaia Collection

This spring, Dornbracht introduced Vaia. Inspired by eclectic style, the distinctive design of the new premium designer fitting is both elegant and progressive. Vaia is equally at home in traditional and modern bathrooms, as well as those that combine elements of eclectic style. The Vaia series incorporates a soft, balanced design language with an attitude that is receptive to anything new. Its delicate spout features a traditional shape and transposes to a new, open silhouette. There is a traditional feel to the handles as well - available as cross-handles or levers - that combine geometric shapes and soft contours. The rosettes are tapered, creating an especially smooth transition to the washstand. With fittings and accessories for washstand, bidet, shower and bath applications, Vaia brings creative freedom to transitional bathroom design. Vaia is available in platinum matte and polished chrome finishes. Beginning in autumn 2017, Dornbracht will introduce a new finish: an exquisite dark platinum matte. Its dark, lightly brushed silk matte color is warm, soft and grounding, creating a feeling of old-world charm in the bathroom.
