Hastings Tile & Bath Announces Their First CEU Course

Hastings Tile & Bath announced its first CEU has been approved for 2.0 CEU credits by AIA, ASID, IIDA, IDC and NARI. The course, sponsored by VOLA, is titled "The Influence of Scandinavian Design on Modern Bathrooms and Bathroom Technology" and it is available either face-to-face for 2.0 credits, or online for 1.0 credit through CEStrong (www.cestrong.com). The course provides a historical perspective of Scandinavian design and how that design aesthetic actually continues to drive both the technology inside and the design of today's faucets, showers, plumbing fixtures and accessories. Scandinavian design is all about simplicity and functionality; where every element has a purpose and nothing is over-designed. Arne Jacobsen and Verner Overgaard understood this when they designed the first VOLA faucet and the brand has never wavered from this defining principle.
